Learn accounting basics from the perspective of the bookkeeper.This new course will cover the basics of accounting including debits and credits, Journalizing Transactions, Adjusting and Closing Entries, Creating Financial Statements, basic payroll, and merchandise inventory. This course has the option to take Intuit Certified Bookkeeping Professional Certification Exam at the end of the class.
The class uses an online book and platform, so basic computer and online skills are a prerequisite. No previous Accounting Experience is required.

minor body and paint damage on their
own vehicle or project. Students will
learn industry standard repair methods
in sheet metal repair and replacement,
plastic repair, paint preparation and
refinishing techniques. Tools and
equipment are provided, but students
are responsible for purchasing or
providing their own paint and materials (fillers, sandpaper, etc…).

Tuesday, 6–9 p.m. – 10 weeks This course is an introduction to learning the basics of CAD from conception to reality through the use of AutoCAD SolidWorks Software® and rapid prototyping. Students will learn methods employed by such companies as Harley–Davidson®, General Electric®, and Lego®. From the development of an idea, to original sketches to the final product, class participants will see ideas come to life. Students will be exposed to the industries best practices relating to mechanical dimensioning, 3D modeling and printing, extruding and revolving techniques, problem solving and reverse engineering.

Thursdays 6p-9p for 10 weeks.
This is a hands-on cooking class for beginning and intermediate home cooks. We will practice basic cooking methods, knife skills, and develop new culinary techniques while creating classic comfort food dinners. Learn to roast and carve the perfect chicken, prepare risotto like a pro, and bake a meatloaf Grandma would be proud of. Other dishes on the menu include cheese lasagna with bolognese sauce, chicken enchiladas with rice and beans, and the French staple, beef bourguignon. We will be preparing proper side dishes and accompaniments for each of our meals. Dinner is served at the end of each class.
